I have to go into the store to fix a pin because it doesn't fix it online even with an associates help. Also need to change my sing in as it's under my child's fathers information to sing in. he's been off his account for 5 plus years. So there needs to be better ways to update

Phones used to be $60, now they're $225. The guy in the store told me the phone would be $100 cheaper with the supreme plan which is a $50 upcharge from my original monthly price but only told me after I already bought the phone that I had to have the supreme plan for 3 months before the phone I got would be cheaper. My plan also used to be $35 per month for 2 lines now it's over $100 even before the supreme plan. Fix your prices and your workers they always talking to people like children.

There was a time when I would have told you. Cricket was a good service for the money, until last month when they suspended my account After prepaying for my service one-day ahead of the due date... After they insisted that I pay a reinstatement fee I decided to cancel my service, at that point they kept my full 30 days of payment after I received 0 days of service.... It would seem as though this company has gone to the crapper

I absolutely HATE Cricket! I will never use CRICKET Service again. Watch out! They will not help you or listen to you. They have charges for everything you do. If you enroll in auto-pay good luck trying to stop it. Management is a Joke and corrupted. They won't honor anything they say they will. This company is lying stressful headache. If I was able to see a post like this, I would have run the other way for sure. "CRICKET" Don't bother replying all you do is LIE!
