I made a payment to restore my service, and they took the money. My service IS NOT RESTORED YET! The app shows unpaid. My account says paid. The app says there are BUGS, and the developer has to fix it😭 CONCLUSION: My payment process my cell phone is restored!!! I want to report the quick response off service and the developer of the cricket app as well. ☆ very satisfied ☆ very grateful ▪︎

Very easy to pay convenient get on you know if you got updates on what's new you can start your upgrade, and you can't beat cricket's prices phone may not be all top tier in some of the other companies, but they're a lot more affordable I got five in the family paid for five phones and wasn even close to what I paid for two phones for Verizon 144 for five phones unlimited everything Tell me what else you're getting that and phones are affordable, and I get service pretty much everywhere

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IMAGINABLE. WAS ON HOLD FOR 36 MINUTES, THEN THE GUY PRETENDED HE COULDN'T HEAR ME AND HUNG UP. TYPICAL FOR CRICKET. ALSO, LOCKED ONE OF OUR LINES, COULDN'T UNLOCK ON CRICKET WIRELESS, SAID TO GO CRICKET; WENT, GOT NOWHERE. ALSO, NO REASON TO LOCK PHONE, ACTUALLY PAID A MONTH IN ADVANCE, SO 0 DUE NOW....THEY ARE AT&T AND DRIVING US AWAY FROM LOW-COST CARRIER THEY OWN. DISGUSTING. WILL SWITCH PROVIDERS....

For the 3rd time this Month my Account has been suspended. I just paid my Bill before the 31st (my Due Date) Still got suspended. I called to make a payment and both debit cards were rejected, so now what am I supposed to do? I'm losing all of my features and my cards aren't being accepted. I'll be moving on from this Scam of a service I won't even start on Auto Pay, won't allow me to use it after using it for years. Cricket Wireless has become Trash. Done with these fees for no fault of mines.
