Cricket does not give false information. I found most ads ask for your personal information. Not telling you what they are really after. There's only after you give them all your personal information. And then you find out really after. $$$$$$$ Name, address, phone number, credit card number, debit card, your credit information when, and how you are going to pay. Do not give ANYTHING that is personal information before finding out how much they are going to charge you.

Went to the Loveland Colorado store in downtown loved women got help with representative Cricket named Jessica, and she was amazing, helping me figure out my phone knew exactly what needed to be done, and it helped me and because of her I will be back because of her professionalism. I love Cricket. They always help me out each time I take my elec. Wheelchair riding 2–3 miles per hour, going very slow down Penn. cross sw 29th st, pass the dress shop, going a little further, past O'Reilly. Past a convenient store, to Cricket to pay my phone bill. They always help me each time, each month. 10 stars for Cricket. God bless you.

I disagree with having to pay a fee to pay my bill. Can't just pay it anywhere or anyway without a service fee. I do business with you, pay for phone service for 3 lines. That isn't enough though. Cricket has to extort more money out of me to pay a bill that they aren't even have when I change carriers. This is ridiculous. They are probably saying "Because. Tariffs."

Spotty service every day since November 27. No gps, still no service. I guess so long as u don't need a phone. Not one day without having to struggle with this service. Still can't use, time to switch, no service for over a month. Still no service. And still no service. Even now no service not one day. And still no service. No service since November. And still in May, no service...from November to now, never has good service. Service still too spotty for gps. Jeesh
