I got a survey that ask about myPhotoVault. When I finished it said that I was disappointed. WHICH IS NOT TRUE!! I REALLY LIKE MY Cricket myPhotoVault🙃 For example, I've just upgrade to anew Samsung Galaxy android phone. Add the sun it into my Cricket. About storage? I was able to retrieve most of my photos without cluttering up my new phone storage. 🤔 I THANK YOU GUYS NEED TO EXPLAIN CUSTOMERS THE BENEFITS AND HOW TO USE IT! 🤦♀️.

it's great, better than great! I thought all of my pictures were gone, just gone. I was so sick! But not if you have my photo vault threw cricket.... somehow my phone was factory reset, so I added the photo vault app back to my phone, and it was all there. Blessings to cricket!!

I downloaded this app on my device but when I looked at my account, it came with my son's phone number instead of mine and there is NO way to change this info on the app. No contact information for Asurion in the app for help to change it either. ETA: When I tried to utilize the "support" option on previous attempts, it was no help.

This app is through cricket company...you can still use it with our a cricket cell number, and it just collects all your photos when google account gets full... I don't know if it charges or not.yet I do realize it must have erased the pictures cause there was no pictures when I pulled the app off my old phone and updated it and signed in...
