it's great, better than great! I thought all of my pictures were gone, just gone. I was so sick! But not if you have my photo vault threw cricket.... somehow my phone was factory reset, so I added the photo vault app back to my phone, and it was all there. Blessings to cricket!!

I got a survey that ask about myPhotoVault. When I finished it said that I was disappointed. WHICH IS NOT TRUE!! I REALLY LIKE MY Cricket myPhotoVault🙃 For example, I've just upgrade to anew Samsung Galaxy android phone. Add the sun it into my Cricket. About storage? I was able to retrieve most of my photos without cluttering up my new phone storage. 🤔 I THANK YOU GUYS NEED TO EXPLAIN CUSTOMERS THE BENEFITS AND HOW TO USE IT! 🤦♀️.

The quality of videos and photos is completely destroyed when backed up. Some videos don't even play when transferred. It's a shame because this could have been a great service.

This app is through cricket company...you can still use it with our a cricket cell number, and it just collects all your photos when google account gets full... I don't know if it charges or not.yet I do realize it must have erased the pictures cause there was no pictures when I pulled the app off my old phone and updated it and signed in...

Haven't had a problem until I installed update! My photo dates in general album are now gone, and I cannot send on messages on my Samsung Galaxy a16 5g. I have followed suggestions to fix and nothing is working. I give up. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but I'm exhausted!
