I love my photo vault I truly do! The only issue that I have discovered is that it signs me out every once in a while and a lot of my pictures don't get saved. Other than that I have no issues.

I got a survey that ask about myPhotoVault. When I finished it said that I was disappointed. WHICH IS NOT TRUE!! I REALLY LIKE MY Cricket myPhotoVault🙃 For example, I've just upgrade to anew Samsung Galaxy android phone. Add the sun it into my Cricket. About storage? I was able to retrieve most of my photos without cluttering up my new phone storage. 🤔 I THANK YOU GUYS NEED TO EXPLAIN CUSTOMERS THE BENEFITS AND HOW TO USE IT! 🤦‍♀️.

This does not want to back up my photos and says that it's just loading.

App keeps using cellular data. I have the slider moved to NOT use cellular data and this app keeps using it. It has used 10 GB this month alone. I have uninstalled the app, reinstalled and slid the option, again, to not use cell data. That didn't stop the data usage. I'll go back to Google. Shame since this is included in my cricket plan, but I won't use it since it's gobbling up all my cell data.
