This App is great for my Business, I have my an extension, I get my texts and business WhatsApp right on my device. Bluetooth works great, the good thing about this I have the app on my desktop. When I am out to meet clients, my bus ph is at my fingertips I don't miss a call. When it comes to the CSR Telus is #1, the other two cannot come close. This is a resale of ring central. I cannot give it a 5 out of 5. If I can give it a 3 and 1/2 I would. Ring Central needs to, come up with a way that small offices which have a central location for all SMS messages in an outbound from their clients can be viewed. At present everyone needs to log into the reception profile so that they can see previously sent, send and receive SMS messages from the client base.

No support for calls on my Galaxy Wear. Other than that, the app is good. I like the connectivity and the social aspect with my coworkers. I would love to be able to receive calls on my smartwatch, it doesn't ring.

I'm not sure if it was an update but call quality is horrible. Calls cutting out, calls dropping, and dead air. Recently, I'm not able to video next to work meetings from the app on my phone because "network cannot connect"

I was a Ring central user and decided to switch to Telus Business Connect because my plan is supposed to have unlimited text. RC started charging us after our 200 texts a month kept running out. At the moment, I cannot send or receive SMS. Took two weeks for our RC numbers to Port. Once ported you set everything up with a support person. 4/5 were not able to help. Took me two days now to get this 1/2 working. Back tomorrow to try and get this all working as advertised.
