This app has improved by leaps and bounds since I left the negative review. I should have redone this review sooner. The app is working perfectly now. It was so slow and frustrating to use. I find it much easier to navigate. I am able to do what I need to do in managing my account and subscription without difficulty. I'm upgrading from 1 star to 5. Great job Public Mobile team!

BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE!! The app didn't work/eSim wouldn't work. Without being able to activate the esim, you can't see anything else. THEY KEEP CHARGING YOU! Customer service finally cancelled the charges for me, because I cannot even see the account. But they refused a refund because the "service was active". I never had a phone number with them, but they charged me full price and then wouldn't refund anything even though their system locked me completely out. ANY other service is better.

there was an issue to connect with Contact Us. This Contact Us is not really reachable it was a wasted amount of time. In Community there was no reliable service. I don't know how to contact public mobile service agent to resolve my issue.

What am I missing that I can't get fingerprint or face ID. it takes about 5 times to actually log in, then cookies. Always cookies. Guys. I chose last time. Chocolate chip alright? I feel like mine didn't update the same way it was supposed to as it's lacking many features.
