Better than expected, not only has great reception the speed is 5 times faster than rogers 5G, if you have issues with the app you probably have more than one account.

BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE!! The app didn't work/eSim wouldn't work. Without being able to activate the esim, you can't see anything else. THEY KEEP CHARGING YOU! Customer service finally cancelled the charges for me, because I cannot even see the account. But they refused a refund because the "service was active". I never had a phone number with them, but they charged me full price and then wouldn't refund anything even though their system locked me completely out. ANY other service is better.

UPDATE: Soon, it'll be a full year that I can not log in. The problem hasn't been addressed by Public Mobile team Password Recovery The system does not recognize my phone number or my email associated with Ever Safe ID to send me a security code. It says, "Please enter a valid phone number registered to your account." I'M USING THIS PHONE & EMAIL for MORE Than HALF of the YEAR 🤯 Is it because of a recent update? It actually wants to send code to the old non-existent phone number and old email. Huh

The update card details screen is terrible. It swaps back to standard keyboard after every number is pressed, and it won't let you enter the postcode properly if the card number has not been entered yet. It's buggy as hell. On top of this these idiots cut off my cell service when they failed to process my card for the next month, and they did not notify me.
