Everything about Public Mobile seems perfect for me plus its Telus so the phone service and data are top-notch. Having said that I feel like it won't be long before they take something away or raise the price because I've been around long enough to know that cell phone and Internet providers in Canada are not satisfied for long of you are more than satisfied. Thing is that for the first time I feel I'm getting a truly fair deal for both sides. Hence, why I worry.

So, I love the capability of having a phone number, it's great! The only downside? This app isn't well-designed and doesn't give you options for payment. They want you to only add your card, and they'll take payment for you, you don't have the option to pay for your bill like any of the other companies. They just cancel your subscription, lock your number and data, but then you have to wait for them to pull the money out? It takes up to 6 hours too, so you don't have a number for 6 hours. :(

UPDATE: Soon, it'll be a full year that I can not log in. The problem hasn't been addressed by Public Mobile team Password Recovery The system does not recognize my phone number or my email associated with Ever Safe ID to send me a security code. It says, "Please enter a valid phone number registered to your account." I'M USING THIS PHONE & EMAIL for MORE Than HALF of the YEAR 🤯 Is it because of a recent update? It actually wants to send code to the old non-existent phone number and old email. Huh

BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE!! The app didn't work/eSim wouldn't work. Without being able to activate the esim, you can't see anything else. THEY KEEP CHARGING YOU! Customer service finally cancelled the charges for me, because I cannot even see the account. But they refused a refund because the "service was active". I never had a phone number with them, but they charged me full price and then wouldn't refund anything even though their system locked me completely out. ANY other service is better.
