Let's start by addressing the biggest issue with this app's existence: We already have to log into and use the "telus smart home" app to use the telus security system and cameras. But then also need the "telus smart home plus" app just for the doorbell camera. The next major issue is unable to log into the app. I have seen users having issues since July 2025 not being able to log in, It's now mid-Oct 2025, and we are still experiencing the same issues.

I find the app to be incomplete. Lacking major control issues ive become comfortable with the previous smart home app. Needs work.
