The app asks me to tell it about my home, I select the type and push okay, then put in the area of my home and push ok, then the third question flashes on the screen then it loops back to asking me what type of home and repeats, no way to get past this loop. Update, got past the screen by not puting the area of my home In and it worked.

Very comprehensive information, and the real-time reading updated every 30 sec with the Powerlync hub is very useful. Very complicated setup though. At least live in-app chat support is readily available.

Funny bug in the home profile: I don't have a dishwasher but if I select 0 from the list then the profile isn't marked as complete. I have to select 1 to complete the profile. 0 should be a valid selection. The list should have a blank option for "incomplete" instead of treating 0 as "no answer". Hopefully next version.

Originally this app worked pretty well. It says data can take 36 hrs to show up. Frequently it takes longer. About 4 months ago the app suddenly changed and now was rounding my usage up or down giving a poor usage amount versus cost. This was showing anywhere from 10 to about 40 percent cost versus usage discrepancy. I contacted Hydro 3 months ago and no one has been able to give me an answer.

Does not work with Google or Samsung. Cannot pair smart hub to the hydrohome app. After much troubleshooting and chatting with support I was told I would need to use an apple product to complete the setup.

This app sucks, it seems to have no correlation to my hydro bill and its primary purpose is to just sell you useless products and services
