Update: Recently have had to force stop the app to get my plugs to reflect the switching on and off when done from this app. It will flip the switch on but be stuck. The most powerful app on my phone. Paired with the dedicated circuit monitor for my EV and some smart plugs for odd pattern devices like my PC, this thing has helped me figure out how to manage my little grid.

Frankly, I'm very thankful for having adopted my Sense Home Energy monitoring & tracking technology, years ago, as is. It has paid for its initial investment - MULTIFOLD! That said, it has room for improvement. It seems that its progression in terms of Technology is at STOP-STAGNANT. It Simply needs Basic improvements to keep up w things. I wouldn't ask the moon & stars. TWEAKS are good. SUMMARY? I'd absolutely suggest buying this product & installing ASAP for homeowners! It Pays back Big Time!

I enjoy tracking the performance of our SE solar panel system; 7 kW DC. The Sense PC app is my preferred way of monitoring daily operation. I track power produced, received, usage, and output to the grid as well as the net for each day. Sense has discontinued their home systems and are apparently eliminating their PC app as of the end of this month. I don't think their phone app is as capable. I would certainly consider a subscription to have continued use of the computer app.

Sense is an energy monitor that frequently disconnects! It started with a few offline notifications, and I just learned the app disconnected from the meter some while ago by itself. Zero notifications. How is that helpful? There are zero opportunities to get an accurate reading. You're better off paying the electric company what they quote over using/connecting with this app.

Horrible overall! The product just doesn't do everything it was advertised for. You're lucky if it finds a couple devices/appliances accurately. All its good for is knowing your overall power usage.

They need to support the Schneider Wiser devices again. The Schneider app is awful!!
