Loved it! PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD DASHBOARD AND SHOW KWH PLEASE. Updated: I just found in settings that I can turn off "show cost" and it will show kwh. Please change it back so that we can just toggle it in the dashboard.

Frankly, I'm very thankful for having adopted my Sense Home Energy monitoring & tracking technology, years ago, as is. It has paid for its initial investment - MULTIFOLD! That said, it has room for improvement. It seems that its progression in terms of Technology is at STOP-STAGNANT. It Simply needs Basic improvements to keep up w things. I wouldn't ask the moon & stars. TWEAKS are good. SUMMARY? I'd absolutely suggest buying this product & installing ASAP for homeowners! It Pays back Big Time!

I love it, we really like being able to see power we produce in real time and how it sustains the usage in our house. Only negative we have, is that we don't need to know every time the microwave turn on, or a light is switched in the house. Lol. We just turned the notifications off. But all in all, we're very pleased with the app and the way it works. Thanks.

Real time monitoring not working, it's never Sense fault. "It has to be on the network connection not the device". The support side it seems to be there to NOT support the technology and pass it to anything else.

With this recent update the usage/production graph is useless. Been a user and strong supporter until now. Go back to old graphic info.

I think I spent $300 on this meter, and it never works. Can't connect to the device no matter how close I am to it. Supposed to save me money but so far I'm just out the $300 I already spent

I prefer the kwh instead of dollar amount for my main usage card... because my area uses different time of use prices every few months so the cost means nothing if the price per kwh is cheaper in the winter so the value could be low, but I used more power than in the summer... I liked the kwh instead. Please allow us the ability to switch back. I hate this update! Let me know my total kwh per day and month! Go backkkkkkk
