The app is amazing, great to be able to turn off lights from phone if we forget to hit the switch, able to program what switches control what lights, tells us battery life, so we're no longer guessing, so much information and functionality that we haven't even learned all of it yet. Shaun who helped us set everything up was awesome, he informed us that if we had any issues, that now with the app we can submit trouble tickets and in most cases they would remotely be able to troubleshoot and fix

App periodically doesn't load any lights or switches in the house. Also, when trying to press the arrow to the right of a switch option to view more information, it tends to turn the switch on and off more often than not before finally being able to get into those settings. With these two things address the app is easily 5 stars

Has never worked since the purchased of a new house, what a piece of junk wasted so many hours trying to get it to work. Don't waste your money.

Piece of garbage app. Always signs you out. Always tells you the password is wrong. Even when you rest the password to what it already is, it tells you the password is wrong.

Recent update I guess has made it sign me out multiple times a day. I can no longer just open the app to turn on/off devices. What happened?

It is used to show light on or off in application. Now, it's not showing, and sometimes it shows you turned off light, but physically It's still on
