Back gesture on Android does not function as intended. The universal back gesture should take it to the previous screen but instead goes to the home screen. I think they are trying to push iPhone-style top left corner back button to keep UI consistent between OS but back gesture on Android needs to be implemented separately. Also polished UI is required. App feels bloated and not smooth at all (janky, fps drops, does not appear to run at 120hz).

Good App. Easy to navigate. I like that I can redeem the cash back through the app and don't have to sign in on desktop, or jump through hoops to get it. One thing that I noticed - I can't access my statements on app, as it says "No Statements Found". I can access through the browser. It's possibly an app bug.

One suggestion of something to change: when logging in, the password field defaults to start with a capital letter, so I often get my password wrong on the first try. I then remember I have to manually uncapitalized the first character. I don't experience this in other apps ever, so I think this is non-standard.

The card's modest extra cashback over competitors iis not worth the hassle and admin overhead of dealing with the app and extra friction. Cherries on top are where their process is taken straight out of the 1990s. You have to mail them an agreement and check to get any automated bill payments set up, and there are no push notifications to allow you to monitor transactions. I appreciate that the day I got their card they nerfed its terms, so I can cancel it. I just regret the credit hit.

Garbage app, the way it developed and never store the password even after clicking remember me, even though I saved my fingerprint on the phone samsung fold 6, my other apps like scotia, bmo and all authentication app works fine but this app never even takes fingerprint even after ticking fingerprint verification on.I missed payment cause my card got locked because I forgot password which is used to be simple on other apps and also I have to change my password like every time i log in last 6 months

Slow, Ugly and the very core functionality of linking your Rogers account for bonus doesn't work.
