Just enjoy that everything I need is all here in this app. I can just log on and check my accounts anytime of the day. I can make payments on here without mailing in a check

This app really brings the features which for me. 99% not used (just check balance) and a recent update brings the kitchen sink and updating my new 40 char password PAINFULL! The alerts OMG, got locked out about four times, and I believe that customers experiencing that headache would be less likely to update their security settings I think that should be rethought out, but I love Bell other than that in their customer service is awesome

Best decision I've made Lately It's not easy deciding to switch banks But I finally had to do that from mid-first which was a great bank five six years ago to Bell, and I am more than happy with customer service and how they handle things

The app is always failing when I try to pay my mortgage. It is also a huge process just to add my bell bank account to my mortgage to pay.

Every time I try to view my mortgage it leaves the app and goes to a URL that doesn't work. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every month to get it to work. Every month it repeats the same issue when I try to log in again. The mortgage portion should remain in app and not redirect.

App works most time but any time I go to card management ment to turn my card off when I go to turn it back on it never will load the page have to try it like 10 times over an hour they finally will load into it, and it's been doing thus for about a year now I've opted to just use the website
