★★☆☆☆ I use app allot, but sometimes certain features don't load. Like manage cards. Always says error unable to load. Or bell app itself won't load or if does load. Some features missing

★★☆☆☆ The app is always failing when I try to pay my mortgage. It is also a huge process just to add my bell bank account to my mortgage to pay.

★★☆☆☆ Every time I try to view my mortgage it leaves the app and goes to a URL that doesn't work. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every month to get it to work. Every month it repeats the same issue when I try to log in again. The mortgage portion should remain in app and not redirect.
