Updated debit card to Arrow Bank from Glens falls National Bank with better plastic. Lots of delays at shops running plastic card. Account number should be on reverse side instead of visible when making a purchase at a store.

I've been banking with GFNB for over 33 years. I pay a lot of bills online. They are very secure, and I feel very comfortable using this app. Update: I can pay my Bill's for free and deposit checks into my checking account from home. GFNB makes everything so easy, fast, and convenient!!! I don't trust the new debit cards like chime and others, GFNB is also a brick and morter, so there is a place to go. I got my first loan for a car at GFNB.

Why, when I make a transfer from one account to another it is "pending" for two or three days. It should happen immediately. Is deducted from one account immediately but is pending for 2 or 3 days before it is deposited into the receiving account. Where does the $ go in those pending days?

The app won't let me log in, and I've tried on 2 phones now. The IT help from the bank is worthless and can't figure out why the app can't call me to verify my account and therefore let me log in.

Both app and bank are one star. From about 500.00 in my account, and multiple failed transfers, they still decided the transfers happened, when my other bank transferred to shows far less after the transfers 'went through' which I asked the bank to not do for me, after putting me on hold for a customer. Actually calling me back way later to where I forgot what I was going to say. The debt of the transaction is far more than the money moved around and the money moved successfully was way off

This app is absolute garbage. Every single time I log in, it immediately tells me that I have been logged out for inactivity. When I log in again, it shows a blank account page. The only way to check my balance is to go the transfer page. Worse than useless. It would be better to have no app at all than this one.
