Can't use mobile deposit since new update. App freezes after taking front of check picture every time. Even tried taking back picture first (which back picture works) and still freezes after taking front picture.

Takes up to an hour or longer to show Anything pending. While Chime, shows right away. Same with transfers, Chime into Citizens-right away. Citizens into Chime-the Next DAY

They promised early direct deposit literally from social security, and they don't do it. They think giving you your check on the first is giving it to you early. But when I had cash app, I got it, on the twenty-sixth but the bank says they cannot get it any earlier than the first. This bank, not other banks. Just this one. They'll try to tell you it's normal. But it's not. I've had many bank accounts with my direct deposit and always received it on the twenty-sixth, but this bank will make you wait.
