App is terrible!! It used to be fast and efficient. Never works anymore. Every time I go to make a deposit it stops working. I will be closing my account with citizens. The only reason I got this account was for mobile deposit, which never works, so it's useless to me.

App now crashes in the middle of depositing checks (since the most recent update). We have no branches near our business, so we basically can't use our bank account.
