Crashes 80% of the time trying to do deposits. I take a picture of the check and then it locks up. Crashes. If I clear the cache it will work for a while and then start crashing again. Kinda useless at this point.

Why change the format. It was great before. Now you can't do an immediate transfer. If it ain't broke don't fix it. I have been a programmer for 40 years. You NEVER make a change like this to the format. It's NOT user-friendly anymore!! Please put it back to the way it was. I will change banks if you can't do this.

They promised early direct deposit literally from social security, and they don't do it. They think giving you your check on the first is giving it to you early. But when I had cash app, I got it, on the twenty-sixth but the bank says they cannot get it any earlier than the first. This bank, not other banks. Just this one. They'll try to tell you it's normal. But it's not. I've had many bank accounts with my direct deposit and always received it on the twenty-sixth, but this bank will make you wait.
