I'm Retired and I use this account for my Escrow account for yearly house taxes and yearly house insurance. Accumulating 4.5% (recently down to 3.5%)interest works GREAT for me when it's time to pay them both. Transfers are fast and seamless. One issue I have is that it often loses my fingerprint login option and locks up, which forces me to uninstall and reinstall the app every couple of months...

Why is this not connected with the Citizens Bank app?? I opened an account but cannot access it! I've been a customer for 20+ years and its telling me my SSN doesn't exist and my login is wrong.

Open the account. Didn't even use it. They closed it in two days. I called and asked. The customer service rep was like I don't see a reason why. So don't trust them.
