I'm Retired and I use this account for my Escrow account for yearly house taxes and yearly house insurance. Accumulating 4.5% (recently down to 3.5%)interest works GREAT for me when it's time to pay them both. Transfers are fast and seamless. One issue I have is that it often loses my fingerprint login option and locks up, which forces me to uninstall and reinstall the app every couple of months...

This bank as a whole is great in person. In the tech world? AWFUL. Never seen a national bank have so many "login" issues than this. Guaranteed 2-3 days a week you just can't access your account. Embarrassing in the year 2024
