I love my bank I want to Puerto Rico for vacation I try to use my card, and it froze my money they called me to see if I was the one using the card. I got scammed my bank gave me the money within 24 hours I have no problem with them, I would highly recommend this bank to everyone.

Its very frustrating that I always have to call the 800 number because my account gets restricted. Why is it restricted?? And never takes my fingerprint. I'm about to change banks for real. And all this started since the new makeover months ago. Older version was better

I've been having the issue of the app either not recognizing my fingerprint, or stating the account is invalid or restricted. Do NOT tell me to call the 800 number because I've had to do it at least once a week for the past month. It gets fixed for a few days and happens all over again. I have already removed the app from my phone.
