Comments on Xfinity Prepaid for Android

Xfinity Rep restored my account but had to use an old modem cause the new 1 they sent me a yr ago was due to an error, and they sent me a residential one instead of a prepaid account one, but they cleared this up quickly and efficiently good service

★☆☆☆☆ Katrina Scruggs · Aug 17, 2026

I can't pay my prepaid bill. I have called customer service several times, and they are playing on the phone and not being clear on how to fix the problem.

★☆☆☆☆ Sebastian Stewart · Apr 15, 2026

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Every 6 months or so your service will stop working until you double pay. Also, online payment no longer works, so you have to go through a 5-minute phone call to reload service. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to an actual person. The computer just takes you through the same props over and over until you give up. Xfinity is a money trap. They do not care about their customers one bit!

★☆☆☆☆ Larita Taylor · Jun 27, 2026

I will never ever get prepaid Xfinity ever again the customer service really sucks they don't know how to speak English, and they stole my money they told me that I did not pay $45 I paid $45 for one day asking for a refund, and they told me I had no money on my account for refund they stole my money and cheated me out of my service that's why I switched to the regular Comcast. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE 😤 😑 😒 🙃 😐
