I have prepaid auto refill and your company will not let me in the site, and you also don't take the autorefill out I have to do it manually. Im very close to switching services from your company. Overall I am very dissatisfied with you

I will never ever get prepaid Xfinity ever again the customer service really sucks they don't know how to speak English, and they stole my money they told me that I did not pay $45 I paid $45 for one day asking for a refund, and they told me I had no money on my account for refund they stole my money and cheated me out of my service that's why I switched to the regular Comcast. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE 😤 😑 😒 🙃 😐

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Every 6 months or so your service will stop working until you double pay. Also, online payment no longer works, so you have to go through a 5-minute phone call to reload service. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to an actual person. The computer just takes you through the same props over and over until you give up. Xfinity is a money trap. They do not care about their customers one bit!
