Love the app, just would love some extra features that would be awesome for the app such as being able to use multiview to watch on your phone like movies, games, shows etc. at the same time. Another is a smart speaker to be able to control our x1 box and smart home devices with voice. Also for the sports zone app, make it able to be used without having to press exit to watch a regular channel and also to see stats of players in a sub category menu. Also, popup or widget for player stats on phones

I thought it just never worked. Turns out you just have to sign out and back in every so often. I'm easily able to record remotely when I forget or watch live tv on my phone

Often will not load shows, multiple tries to stream will not work. I have to either try again at another time, or the next day. Occasionally acts better after I restart the phone, but that's a pain. It should just work. This is at home, connected to Comcast. I see reading other reviews here that this is a known issue. WHY DON'T YOU FIX IT THEN You all.

Why have a streaming app that needs me to be connected to my home Wi-Fi? If I'm on my home Wi-Fi I'd just watch on the TV.
