Extremely disappointed with STC Bahrain! Promised a 1,000 GB monthly quota (14.5 BD/month plan), but only received 500 GB for two months while being billed in full. Customer care refused a fair refund and offered zero resolution. To make matters worse, my internet has been completely disconnected for 4 days (Aug 15–19). Complete lack of transparency and unacceptable service quality. Is this how customers are treated? #STC #CustomerService #Bahrain

I placed an order for a mobile through the app after the order was places they called me and said that I am not eligible for the device, huh? I asked the reason if it's out of stock they said no. I asked if I didn't pay the right amount they replied no. Then I was more curious and asked why did they cancel my order is it a race my color or religion they said no. So they don't have the reasonable answer, and they are just picking up people randomly and cancelling their order. Not recommended.

Stc was good in the beginning, but now it's all so bad. Slow and laggy Internet in both phone and router. And they have the worsttttttttttttt customer service. Do not recommend at all unless they fix their issues.
