The app which I have had for a long time reminds me how easy it is to make any changes. Since CenturyLink FIBER OPTIC was purchased by AT&T (for some) this app has provided the ability for me to check on the billing, etc. I really appreciate the great customer service too!

The app is fine, but the company overall is horrible. I haven't had internet for going on 3 days and I can't get ahold of a person. There have been no updates and every day is says it will be ready the next day, and it's going on day 3. They have terrible customer service and give no updates when there is an outage.

The cost of this internet service keeps going upstarted out at $45 a month now it's $70 a month, and it's supposed to increase again next month the service regularly goes out of service now looking for a new internet service

Centurylink is the worst internet provider, being stuck with them for voice service is bad as it can be and then the lack of stable internet service is further gouging and disregard for consumers.
