Extremely poor customer service. The worst I've ever been exposed to. It used to be productive and actually fun to work with CenturyLink customer service, not anymore. Now their customer service is contracted out to incompetent people who do not solve your problem, they just read from a script. They schedule a technician to come to your residence. Twice they have failed to send technician on day of appointment and gave not explanation as to why. I could rate less than one star I would.

I'm not happy on what I've experienced. I used to have a phone and internet bundle which I'm paying for both long time ago. This year 2026, when this ATT and centurylink combined, no one mentioned that my landline bill is separate with my net. I'm paying my bills to this app and out of nowhere, my net got cut. Called customer service, and they mentioned I have an outstanding bill which haven't been paid, checked on this app, it shows $0 on my bill, they said I have a separate account for net.
