I really wish I could get any other service. I hate Centrelink and it's app. Like here pay 70% of high speed internet prices but only get 7% of the speed!!! And they want access to you bank account, or you have to pay a fee to pay your bill. That they don't let you set up auto-pay, and never notify you until they can change you late fees!!! I wish I could pay for another service but due to a river and some trees. Im out of luck. And centurylink knows it.

The cost of this internet service keeps going upstarted out at $45 a month now it's $70 a month, and it's supposed to increase again next month the service regularly goes out of service now looking for a new internet service

The app is fine, but the company overall is horrible. I haven't had internet for going on 3 days and I can't get ahold of a person. There have been no updates and every day is says it will be ready the next day, and it's going on day 3. They have terrible customer service and give no updates when there is an outage.

If I could leave a zero I would. I have been having very slow speed internet. I called them, they realized it was something for repairman. They scheduled me for a week later. The appointment is from eight till 5 the day of the appointment and somebody has to be there. Now I just got a cancel after confirming yesterday. Now, it's going to be another week before a repairman can come out to fix my internet. Nobody can tell me why my appointment was canceled. Very, very upset, no one cares.
