Clunky to use, doesn't like you to change options, especially when your card has been scammed, and you try to update to new one. Could be more user-friendly especially when you are not tech-savvy.

Before a recent problem, it would have been 5 stars, I had Samsung flip, after 9 months the screen hinge failed. Telstra said they would replace it as I had phone insurance, the telstra insurance declined replacement with no reason given. I have a perfect credit rating and have been with telstra for 30 years. They said they would refund all my insurance payments, that never happened. I have canceled the insurance and the $2000 phone sits in a drawer. I'm still paying the phone off.

Service has been appalling for the last few months, I really don't know why I have recharged my account again, maybe I'll change providers next month, plus the price has gone up

Impossible to set up. I needed to chat to an agent in the Philippines to get the sim to work. I have been able to recharge it using the app.

For a big corporation, the app is terrible, maybe the CEO can take a pay cut to improve the app, service and also reduce plan cost, as if CEO get paid more, the plans go up to pay for it
