1 star is too generous, they cut my service after not buying credit for a couple of months, so I couldn't receive calls or texts, even when I had credit it was impossible to view my data usage with the retarded app, telstra cost twice as much as my new provider, the human customer service representative is just a useless AI not, I could go on.

The operator was able to provide a once off offer the problem remains. Telstra increased / price hike for 6 months again. Offers are limited, pre-paid plans with plenty data but limited texts and phone calls. Customers living regional and rural need text and calls unlimited. A plan that suits Australian country lifestyle. A low cost plan is offered over 12 months but only a total of 6 hours of call time & 6 hours texts ? Telstra think again & provide needs based improved range of plans.
