I've had no issues with the app, It's very basic so easy to use and payment is easy, I just don't store card details and pay when they remind me. I will say it does sometimes crash but nothing more than any other app. I've never had issues with customer service either, can be frustrating but most customer service providers are frustrating these days

I had a problem activating, and I didn't use the app I never got that far however Mukesh Kumar from the boost call center fixed my problem, and he is a Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ thank you Mukesh

App will no longer recharge using PayPal, I have to use the online recharge through Google browser to get the payment by PayPal to be accepted.

I'm going round and round in circles but not able to purchase an esim. Have installed/uninstalled the app several times. A few calls to Boost has not resolved the issue. Frustrated

Tried for 20 minutes to purchase an eSIM but was unable to do so. Was unable to create a Telstra ID which was the first step.

Trash app can't login to my account error every time bring the # number back or im just swapping providers trash app even worse service been happening for 6 months can't even recharge unless I open in browser and already have a Wi-Fi connection.
