I've had no issues with the app, It's very basic so easy to use and payment is easy, I just don't store card details and pay when they remind me. I will say it does sometimes crash but nothing more than any other app. I've never had issues with customer service either, can be frustrating but most customer service providers are frustrating these days

I had a problem activating, and I didn't use the app I never got that far however Mukesh Kumar from the boost call center fixed my problem, and he is a Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ thank you Mukesh

Open the app. Choose to recharge. Pick the recharge I want. Choose PayPal to pay. Get redirected to PayPal. Choose my payment method. Get redirected to YOUR WEBSITE. SIGN IN TO BOOST PROFILE. CHOOSE TO RECHARGE. CHOOSE RECHARGE TIER. CHOOSE PAYPAL TO PAY. GET REDIRECTED TO PAYPAL. CHOOSE PAYMENT METHOD. Recharge paid for. And that is IF the SECOND redirection to PayPal even loads to begin with. Did you know on the Telstra app it literally takes thirty seconds? WHY is it built like this?????

I'm going round and round in circles but not able to purchase an esim. Have installed/uninstalled the app several times. A few calls to Boost has not resolved the issue. Frustrated

App is barely functional, refusal to sign in. I'm travelling overseas and constantly saying zero signal and can't sign in to check data even when connected via Wi-Fi. Absolutely the worst mobile operators and that's even when Optus exist. Useless
