I've had no issues with the app, It's very basic so easy to use and payment is easy, I just don't store card details and pay when they remind me. I will say it does sometimes crash but nothing more than any other app. I've never had issues with customer service either, can be frustrating but most customer service providers are frustrating these days

Open the app. Choose to recharge. Pick the recharge I want. Choose PayPal to pay. Get redirected to PayPal. Choose my payment method. Get redirected to YOUR WEBSITE. SIGN IN TO BOOST PROFILE. CHOOSE TO RECHARGE. CHOOSE RECHARGE TIER. CHOOSE PAYPAL TO PAY. GET REDIRECTED TO PAYPAL. CHOOSE PAYMENT METHOD. Recharge paid for. And that is IF the SECOND redirection to PayPal even loads to begin with. Did you know on the Telstra app it literally takes thirty seconds? WHY is it built like this?????

Most of it doesn't work. Cant recharge with voucher. Data monitoring is confusing. Fails to remind of recharge. Doesn't even work on Wi-Fi??

This, app is just a link to Telstra website. Garbage. When I tried to register and buy an esim, it just went into a loop between customer support and the log-in screen.
