This is the best prepaid phone carrier because they use T-Mobile's superfast network, and they always have the best phone deals if you are switching or even if you're getting a brand-new account and number. And it's super cheap for unlimited monthly service if you BYOP! After 6 months to 1 year they will help you move up to a regular T-Mobile account too if you want!

15yr customer it would break my heart if I had to go anywhere but Metro they kept my phone on when I had nothing and when I thought I was going to have to go somewhere else for service because of price they offered me plan I could not pass up which made me happy because I don't want any other carrier but Metro

I have been a customer for 7 years or more they shut off my Internet. I pay my bill through the trailer park Alexander Estates in Bloomington ILLINOIS, and I'm not happy with the service I have been paying $45 a month.

All they do is lie and scam. every day, I loose service, calls drop and my SIM goes out every day. They will not help

Apparently my metro stopped working after I've had my phone since 2019. I've never had any issues in the past whenever I needed to pay my phone bill online without having to go to the Metro PCs website. So unprofessional.
