It is a good phone company itstill buff on my phone a lot of wish they would fix that in at the end of month it goes to buffing, but I do enjoy the phone company smart move I made with this place cheap plans what I was looking for thanks

Can lock your phone from calling out. When first used the app it asked me if I wanted to make it the default app from phone app. I changed it and then could not call out. I had to remove it to make calls.

Have not received a plan perk, it has been 20 days, can't get help on the phone (phone call dropped) or in the app. The app would not allow me to chat with support, metro just lost my business.

I have various cell phone numbers on my account despite changing the pin, numbers, phones, and giving up Wi-Fi. Also someone has a gateway box at their home but not me, although I pay my bill every without stopping for terrible service and no security. I was given an option to port out to T mobile, but I need an iPhone, I no longer wish to use this android device. I have been offered little to no help and the other response is it's an issue for the authorities. Not a device or account issue Metro

Any time I go to make calls. I get a message saying, error. You can't make this call. I hate calling 611 or any other customer service number. The voice-over never understands what I am saying when I speak about the issues I have. I'm having to reset my pin every time I log in after having just changed it. I can never get to speak to a live advisor. I have been with Metro PCS for 20+years. And the years before I never had this much trouble and more before. I hate Metro PCS. The app, everything.
