I've been a customer for over 18yrs, and I'm appalled by the experience I've had this week trying to get ahold of customer service for the past 5 days & cannot. The app keeps crashing every time it tries connecting me to chat, and every time I call any of the Metro phone numbers it just tells me to try calling again later. All I want to do is cancel my SmartWatch line, so I can then pay my bill. Now my phone has been shut off. THANKS. This is enough to make me want to switch carriers

I will never get Metro Pc again. First I get the worst experience going in to get service buy a phone that was advertised free again I just pay for it was ignored as another customer walks in I guess she had more money to spend three lines and so on. Wasn't offered any further help at far as a phone case my bill was $60.00 I tried to tell him that's not what I need or want he tells me I pay the first month of $60.00 afterward I can switch it REALLY!!! It's the worst phone service for a year now.

This app is causing my phone to not be able to make phone calls, to get a call to go through I have to call a person multiple times to get the call to go through. The first call will never go through.
