Have not received a plan perk, it has been 20 days, can't get help on the phone (phone call dropped) or in the app. The app would not allow me to chat with support, metro just lost my business.

I have various cell phone numbers on my account despite changing the pin, numbers, phones, and giving up Wi-Fi. Also someone has a gateway box at their home but not me, although I pay my bill every without stopping for terrible service and no security. I was given an option to port out to T mobile, but I need an iPhone, I no longer wish to use this android device. I have been offered little to no help and the other response is it's an issue for the authorities. Not a device or account issue Metro
