★★☆☆☆ I only got AT&T prepaid device cause the one I had was defective because I tried to open it, so I had no phone + I have lifeline so eligible for discount services & free phone, if I can't get it unlocked it's essentially useless to me !

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't Work! Keeps giving error message saying this device cannot be unlocked even though representative tells you're eligible for unlock. Many complaints about app, AT&T doesn't anything but give you the run around keeping your phone hostage. This app is useless trash.
