★★★★★ I started using this app and approach back in May 2018 and i wanted to see the full results before posting this. there are no gimmicks or fads here; and although much of it feels like common sense there is a lot of subtle and useful information. it just takes the will to comply. My story has been a successful one, dropping 60lbs quiet easily with almost no change in my physical activity level. my advice, read all the guidelines in the app, and ask questions to the helpful support staff!

★★★★★ So far ....very, very pleased. Buy it!!!!! So far this app has been great other than a few minor things I would change. But one HUGE plus is the support button that I use often. I ask question and make suggestions that are answered the same day and thoroughly. When asking questions regarding the diet, I have been given recipe suggestions or when I state that I miss snacking, they have given me wonderful options to try along with great words of encourgement. Couldn't be happier. Love to see my progress when I enter my new weight on the graph bar.

★★☆☆☆ Deceptive Screen shots I installed then sought a refund as the actual app is missing the recipes shown in the previewed screen shots
