App and website are awful and unusable. Click a button? Either nothing happens or perpetual loading screen. This is wild considering their whole business model relies on it.

Took an eye test haft to retake because I can't see the chart and it always something always haft to jump threw loops im done with these people wouldn't recommend (0 stars)

The company is great, but this app has been almost impossible to use over the last couple of weeks. I completed the Express Exam three times and received an error message that there was no connection and the exam could not be submitted each time. I had to finalize it from my computer. Now, every time I open the app, I get a connection error message, and nothing loads at all. Uninstalled.

Awful. I keep trying to order contacts but every time I put a card in it says it's having trouble encrypting it. And then when it's done it shows that it changed the expiration date to a month ahead. Well, of course, the app changed the info. I thought maybe it was having an issue with that card, so I changed to a different card. Even from a visa to a mastercard, and it did the same thing. So bogus. Can't even order. Maybe a hint to try to find them cheaper elsewhere.

Don't even try the eye exam if you are blind in one eye. It will reject it. And when you ask them how to bypass they suggest that you lie on the eye exam. If you're blind in one eye use the other eye to pass the test. They sent this in a text. So I did, and they still rejected it bc I stated I had poor or low vision. Why would I need contacts otherwise! What a massive joke! If I could give negative stars I would!!!
