The staff was amazing kind and friendly. They answered all my questions. They knew I was very uncomfortable about the eye drops making my vision just little off just to inform me they no longer do that type of procedure. Anyway I'm excited to say 10 out of 10 I'd definitely recommend.

Walmart's vision center is very affordable for people like me who are on a fixed income, but it's not in-network with Eye med. Lenses are more important than frames, a fashion item. Yet most of the money allowed by Eye med is for frames. I would rather have the money allotted to frames applied to my lenses because of my vision problems. I'm better off not using the Eye med insurance. If I pay for my own eyeglasses, I get a better deal than when I use the insurance. I wouldn't recommend Eye med.

Useless. I can sign in on the website but it doesn't give me access to anything. App doesn't even recognize my login and errors every time I try. Overall useless company. can't login and when I can I can't see any benefits.

I have new insurance, and it won't let me get rid of the old one and add the new one. Also, the FAQ page doesn't work at all and neither does my profile page. Very aggravating.

No longer has most functionality. Can't use to find doctors. When you try to use the cost estimate it just logs you out. The only function that still works is showing you insurance card info. When trying to enter information it only gives a number pad instead of a keyboard. There's no way to enter a name. Lots of error messages and can't find information notes.
