The app is useful, all the features are available, but the user experience is not as it was expected. For instance, in the Realme Link app I can easily find and modify the settings, but when I tried to turn on LDAC on my 1more SonoFlow Pro, I couldn't find the settings for a long time. Finally, I found it under the menu called "shortcuts". This is ridiculous.

This is the correct 1more app, at least for the sonoflow pro. Nice app good features, eq with presets that seemed solid and lets you enable ldac which sounds great. I had to manually enable location permission for it to find my headphones (all headphone apps work this way its necessary) but after that it worked great.

I am using a Pixel 9a and using the SonoFlow Pro HQ51. I have not experienced any app crashes. The app has minimal features but this also comes across as a positive to me as it keeps things simple. One feature I'd like to see is the ability to see which mode (ANC ON, ANC OFF, or Transparency) the headphones are in the notification shade and to be able to switch between them via this notification style menu.

Cool app and everything, but it won't seem to connect to my computer, and it connects completely fine to my phone and pc. I opened the app to fix it with some option like other headphone softwares but this one doesn't seem to have one, I then installed 1MORE MUSIC, and it's asking me to connect my headphones to my phone, and it's giving me instructions. I already connected my headphones to my phone, and it's just stuck on the same screen.

Useless for regular Sonoflow over-the-ear headphones. Doesn't even know device is connected. Fortunately managed to pair the headphones DESPITE the lack of the app as the device gives a message that an app is required to pair the headphones to the device Bluetooth. Note to manufacturer. If you are going to have an app that operates your device, you need to have one for Apple AND Android. 🤬🤬

This app is not compatible with SonoFlow. The app directs me to download 1More Music, but that app cannot run on Android 17. Please fix.

App crashes the second the headset connects via Bluetooth. If I turn the Sonoflow Pro off or turn off Bluetooth entirely it functions fine, but then the app is useless. From what I understand LDAC function is locked behind the app. So I have to sit with AAC until they fix the app. I know ya'll need user data, but I just want LDAC and EQ. Looks like I'll have to look for products that actually deliver on their claims.
