Great products, I wish there were more bands to the equalizer but the 4 that are available provide an ability to change the frequency and Q factor which is nice. Eight bands would be much better. I like the movie mode and music mode. The noise cancelation for ANC provides a lot of fine-tuning.

Every time I start the app I get a message to say that there is a new firmware update and there's no way to disable this message. I have updated my M60 speakers to the new 2.41 firmware just get rid of the message, and now they sound awful, totally flat, and I have now found out that there is no way to downgrade the firmware, so I now have to return them. Please add an option to downgrade the firmware if required.

I've installed the app hoping to have more controls over my headphones, but it's not connecting, stuck on an endless connecting screen. Disappointing as this only leaves me with access to the manual.

Does not connect anymore. Not matter how many unpairing and reinstalls of the app. Eventually, it stops connecting to your device. Product is the MR5 speakers.
