Not the most intuitive but clear instructions and the audio results are noticeable. First time I'm using personalization over Dolby Atmos. Seriously love the personalized profile assessment. My first Sennheiser headphones but won't be my last.

Ear buds sound great, however I experience interference quite frequently when flying which is extremely annoying. In contrast to my old budget pair of Sony WF-500's which don't sound anywhere near as good as the Sennheiser Momentum 3's, however the Sony's have zero issues with interference.

After half a year of using these headphones I can tell this is the worst wireless headphones I had. They keep resetting themselves. I have to re-pair them and set my preferences again. They keep reconnecting to devices when I disconnect them from a menu, so I have to shut them down manually every time. I bought Sony instead and now I'm happy. Sound quality is ok (Sony still better), everything else is terrible

After the last update my Momentum 4 headset is having connection issues and battery issues. Everything worked great until now.

It's really convenient that Sennheiser releases a new app update on the 19th, then 1 day later announce a new earbud model, and just like that, the MTW3 earbuds that were working flawlessly for years suddenly now have connectivity issues every few minutes... that's a pretty big coincidence... and if there isn't an update that fixes the issue in a next 2 weeks then not only am I not buying the new ones and replacing my MTW with another brand, I'm making a YT video pointing all of this out.
