Overall, it's quite good The sound specs can be customized and the UI is put together well. My only issue is the 'Anti Wind' setting in the noise-cancelling config, it has to be turned on and off every time I pair my headphones or whenever I use my headphones for a phone call.

Just got the HDB 630s today. I can't find an easy way to turn off noise-cancelling without using the app. With the pinch controls it's either "more isolation" or "more pass-through", but no "off". Even double tapping just actives more pass-through, not "off". Really wish there was at least a quick way to open the app, like a persistent notification while the headphones are connected. Edit: No quick-action tile or widget either :(Edit 2: I returned the headphones because of this.

Please disable the annoying sounds that play when I adjust the position of my headphones on my head. There’s no need for confirmation when I’m already wearing them or have just put them on. I’m using the HDB 630. --- Original: March 20, 2026 | Edited: April 20, 2026, I already submitted this feedback through the official website around the same time I posted it on Google Play. However, I have not received any response even after a month, despite this being the approach suggested in your reply.

For some inexplicable reason, this app fails to open if you have VPN on. That means that Sennheiser is actively blocking the local functionality of this app if you choose to protect your privacy. There is no good reason for the management of my headset to be impeded by the use of a VPN. The only reason is to spy on your users.
