I love my earbuds. The momentum 4s are truly an incredible investment if you are addicted to high quality audio. The only input I have is that when I have one earbud in the case a lot of songs that utilize surround sound still function like both earbuds are out of the case causing certain parts of songs to sound really quiet. But the audio quality on these are absolutely incredible and the build quality of them is top-notch. On top of that the touch controls are incredible and easy to understand

Easy to use with useful customized features for your Sennheiser product. I really enjoy Sennheiser products and have been using the Smart Control Plus app for some time. I found the Graphic EQ a bit limiting with my Momentum 4 headphones. However, I recently upgraded to the HDB 630 headphones which are compatible with the parametric EQ function, and it really shines—allowing you to specifically dial in and customize the EQ to your tastes, highlighting the capabilities of the hardware.

If you have sorted your settings for Sennheiser anything, do not ever open these apps again. I decided to check settings for the first time in 2 years, it disconnected my BT mid-use, degraded the sound, I had to delete the old version of their app that they clearly "upgraded" (replaced) in order to reset the terrible reviews (last app has 2.7 and new is at 4.7). Download it, set you settings, and gtfo out. Don't sign up or save anything. Set and be done.

Locking the important sound personalization feature behind, having to log in to use it, for no beneficial reason, other than enabling Sonova / Sennheiser to collect your data, and even that is not working with the error "We have trouble signing you in". Payed good money for a product that locks down features behind login wall, and the log in feature is not working.

10 minutes, and I already experienced a failed Firmware Update due to the App being unable to handle Ping. All because my newly bought hardware has its performance locked behind this gateway. The true wireless 4 also started to drop Sound on the left side while I was writing this...
