I have LOVED these headphones since 2020, I *couldn't* imagine my life without them! UPDATE 4/2/26 - I'd give them 5 stars, but I've had to replace mine 3 times since 2020 and *that's* why. Don't get me wrong, I still LEGIT swear by them, and Sennheiser overall, since 2015. However, the service received when needing to replace them, took far too long with 2/3 of the pair. My current pair needed complete firmware replacement, and I was impressed that time with how fast the replacement arrived

Actually very good app. Great for my classic M3. I found the sound too bass heavy for my taste by default. Lowering the bass made them perfect. I only wish now an open back wireless Momentum for home use. Or both way back design. Wouldn't be a great idea ?

Have to uninstall and reinstall every time I need to use the app. Won't connect to the headphones otherwise.

The dull gray looks ugly. But the real problem with this app is that the earbuds are sold with the promise that there is a special anti-wind setting which is valuable to me, and I would imagine most people certainly people who use their earbuds outside. However, if you set it to the anti-wind setting the next time you use the earphones, you have to go back to the setting, turn it off and on again to get it to work. And indeed after about 10 or 15 minutes of wind when it's fully functional.

This app has one massive weakness. NO DISBALE ECO MODE FEATURE! Eco-mode interferes with my cd player analog settings by creating a crackling sound. Also, there is no simple stay on feature for the Amber soundbar in this app. Just like with my smart TV, I disable any and all eco/power saving features since they never work right. So please Sennheiser, add in a disable eco-mode button and add in the ability to keep the soundbar to stay on even when no audio is being fed into the soundbar.

>200 MB of bloatware just because Sennheiser designed the Momentum TW2 too dumb to swap between paired devices without a companion app... Then it prompts for a firmware update that takes more than 30 minutes! I guess the firmware must be about as optimized as the app
