I love the noise cancellation of the device. It would be good to have the app give the option of which device takes priority in the multipoint device list

The app is required to set up the named supported devices. It works pretty well as long as everything is plugged in and turned on from end to end. Ex. the rear speakers for a system must be plugged into the receivers to be added to the soundbar. The app is a hard requirement and people having technical knowledge or patience, will struggle. It works be nice to have a prompted walkthrough for new devices, such as a sub and soundbar and satellites.

Very unstable app. It's often unable to connect with the Bose devices which are connected to Bluetooth and playing audio. Tried to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. App works intermittently. I have Ultra Soundbar, Ultra Earbuds, Ultra Headphones, Sound link Plus, etc... There's no way to set up or adjust these devices without the App. Very frustrating. Cannot understand why Bose engineers can't put together a proper working App when they can create such great devices....

Dreadful app, doesn't detect my product, and they somehow thought it would be a good idea to require the app on the phone to connect to new devices. So when the app breaks (which it does frequently), your headphones become useless.
