★★★★★ App has been pretty good for me. Have the Bose ultra earbuds and the Smart Speaker. For the earbuds, make sure and take the right one out first, put in ear then wait for the battery level.... THEN pull out the left one from its case.

★★★★★ Stays synced. I have had issues with Bose apps failing in the past. Namely, the Sound touch app. It syncs constantly. This app is a better product as it stays connected to the speaker as long as I use the same Wi-Fi. It controls the volume, devices, and customizes the sound for the speaker. Finally, a win for Bose.

★★☆☆☆ For quiet comfort ultra earbuds: Only get this app to customize modes. Then uninstall it. If you experience constant random disconnects in your device from your earbuds, this app is the reason. Get rid of it and the Bluetooth connection will be stable

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't connect. This is my second pair of Bose headphones. The first pair stopped working in both ears, so Bose kindly replaced them with a newer model, the QC2. These simply won't connect to the app, I have force stopped, cleared storage etc., I have gone to my account and deleted the earphones and everything else I could think to do. Fortunately they work over Bluetooth, so I can at least use them. I recently got the Google pro earphones, that app works much better!

★★☆☆☆ Why does this exist when I can't use it for devices it lists? I have to use the Bose Connect app anyway.
