Very happy, I've had Samsung buds, Sony buds, and JBL Buds, which were extremely disappointing. My ^÷wife's JBL went on the blink.in most JBL Models the right bud is faulty.

Can't disable touch controls. The touch controls are so sensitive that turning my head, coughing or chewing or pushing my hair behind my ear pauses my audio and turns off quiet mode. The app NEEDS this setting like a man dying of thirst needs water. The earbuds are wildly oversensitive to any kind of movement or touch Update: I got so frustrated with the app and the poor quality of the earbuds that I threw them away, deleted the app and bought Ray cons with no touch control instead.

I've tried various earbuds and their apps and this is the worst app of them all. It's so slow to fully start, regularly hangs and misses basic functionality. For example, selecting the read Manual option, instead takes you to the Bose Store web page. It's not unusable, and shouldn't put you off the earbuds, but, if you're deciding between these and others, consider how useful the apps are.

The only setting I want to have to change on my headphones is the volume. So why do I have to download this app every other month trying to fix something. Opening the app re-enables voice commands I don't want. Every time. Settings I actually want to change like the constant swapping between aware and off are missing even though how to be appear on the bose website. But they did throw in an AI. Gotta keep the investors happy rather than the people that actually buy their products.

Will not connect to my earbuds. Try everything and will not connet I give up. On all bose app. Because all bose related app will not connet or alway have trouble with the app
