Works fine with my Cochlear Nucleus CI paired with my Resound acoustic hearing aid in my other ear. Initial pairing required some fiddling and help from my Audiologist. Will lose pairing to one or the other for no apparent reason. The Music setting allows for pumping up the treble, which is not needed for most of us, and the bass, which most of us do need. As a guitarist, I know the hearing of my guitar will get better with time. No fault to the App; that's the nature of CI. Battery % is poor.

Fabulous app. Easy to use and navigate. Audio sharpness and clarity is excellent when using TV streamer. App allows for quick access to make required sound processor changes that may be necessary for the hearing environment. I have experienced glitches with processor 'disconnected' and a few other issues. However, I blame Bluetooth interference. 🤔🤷‍♀️

App works great, but I am BEGGING for you all to put a quick access button on main screen for microphones to turn on and off quickly. I turn my microphones off often to hear phone calls better or to stream without distraction and all the clicking to get to it is an inconvenience.

Extremely poorly built app - keeps showing processor(s) not found every once in a while. Also, the battery level for air batteries always remains on 100% rather than using the mapping based estimate of how much each side battery would last and how much time the battery is in use. Poor substitute to the physical remote that used to come earlier with N6. Shows high cost-cutting by Cochlear in every place - removing the add-ons from the kit, while keeping similar price.

My mom has a Kanso 2 processor and a Google Pixel 8 phone. I've had it set up for the past 2 years and all of a sudden around June It will just drop connection and won't pair up together. I've shut her phone off shutter processor off turn them both back on they won't pair. I've had to uninstall the app and remove the connection in the Bluetooth and download them both, and it works for a day or two then goes back to dropping connection. Audiologist looked at it yesterday and system is working fine

Nucleus Smart App no longer connects to mt Kanso 2 and hearing aid, and will no longer pair with my Google Pixel 10 Pro. It used to work great but for several months it has only gotten worse. What's up with that?
