Edit: thanks for moving the bottom set of buttons upwards, so they don't sit behind the virtual navigation buttons. It's now much more usable.

Hi I have an issue I got osia switch ON 28/4/22 iam using Android 11 based android mobile Iam trying to pair my osia towards osia smart app, but it's not detecting on my device.? But it detected on other android device. I don't know wat have to do please any suggestions

Does not work well on my Motorola Android, to the point of being useless. I have to go into the equalizer setting and back out to be able to change the program. I have bilateral OSIA implants but when I change programs or adjust the EQ section it only changes one side. The volume is the only setting that changes both. I also get the flashing top bar like the other reviewer is experiencing. I would think for the price of these units the app would be functional on phones other than Samsung Galaxy

This app is absolutely necessary for my day-to-day life. What is not necessary is my desire or ability to buy an apple phone to make this work! I have been having issues with feedback and wanted to reinstall the app. Now I cannot pay the processor to my android phone at all. I don't see how cochlear or osia 2 could remedy this ASAP! I'm not searching online forums or want someone to "reach out" to bot me directions when it still doesn't work. Fix this already!

I am sad that as a company that wants to bring those of us who are HOH or deaf into the hearing world have chosen that only those with Apple will be allowed into the whole experience. The app is great for changing my volume, but I can't use it to take phone calls or listen to music. How is this fair that I have spent time money energy into getting my first surgery for a BAHA and now for an Osia that 5 years of making the latest and greatest those of us who use Androids can't have it all.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
