I love my Philips hearing aids, Only thing I don't like is that I can't tweak/adjust them myself like for my older Oticon hearing aids which are still useful but that no audiologist what to adjust them for me!! (And they are actually the same company!! 🤔🤬!!)

Great app but a bit of gatekeeping, it uses Bluetooth to connect aids to phone, BUT the app is still required for any use. And, there's no watch app to use the aids with the watch, so you have to have the phone when walking or running. Otherwise, it's great.

This app is awesome! Can really do some cool stuff. My only wish is ability to use adjustment controls directly from my Samsung Galaxy watch as a companion device (no need to pull your phone out to make sound adjustments to maintain quality sound) I also use it with my audio clip device to use with tvs and video game systems to hear directly into my hearing aids. Also love the ability control volumes, equalizer for optimum quality. Mute outside sounds is great too.

This app competes with every Bluetooth item that I use with my phone. I have to tell my phone to forget my hearing aids if I want to use Bluetooth on something else from my phone. What a pain.

These hearing devices are far behind the times and lack filters for background noise and adequate equalization adjustment for simple everyday environments. My car seat has more memory and adjustments than these woefully inadequate arciac devices from Costco.

I was trying to turn the volume up on my hearing aids but all I got was a blank phone. I was not able to turn the volume up
