My left hand rechargeable was disconnected ...followed guidelines ...put it in the charger for a short while .then removed it, and switched off both. Then switched both back on again...it reset itself ...now both are connected again.

I love my Philips hearing aids, Only thing I don't like is that I can't tweak/adjust them myself like for my older Oticon hearing aids which are still useful but that no audiologist what to adjust them for me!! (And they are actually the same company!! 🤔🤬!!)

This app is awesome! Can really do some cool stuff. My only wish is ability to use adjustment controls directly from my Samsung Galaxy watch as a companion device (no need to pull your phone out to make sound adjustments to maintain quality sound) I also use it with my audio clip device to use with tvs and video game systems to hear directly into my hearing aids. Also love the ability control volumes, equalizer for optimum quality. Mute outside sounds is great too.

The app for some reason doesn't connect to Bluetooth any more went to costco they said it's an app issue continue to disconnect from Bluetooth multiple times a day

Many complaints! App is slow to boot up. When cell phone gets a call the Bluetooth fails to let me hear the caller. I have to go to 'speaker'. When I DO have sound in the hearing aids my caller often can't hear ME! Apple quits Bluetooth connection OFTEN during the day so any changes I want to make to the clearing aids force me to reconnect Bluetooth first. It's a nuisance & I do it 3l4 or 5 times daily....🤨👎

In the past 6 months or so, the app keeps failing to open, so I have to uninstall it & reinstall it or restart my phone to get it to work!
