The abilities to be outdoors with wind and overall pretty good sound. The Bluetooth is awful phone has to be real close and even it's hard to hear. On the other end everyone complains they can't hear you.

Finding hearing aids could be better. I have seen apps that have more than 4 settings for closeness very near, near, not near and disconnected. Finding hearing is the most important update today for me. The aids are expensive, making them easier to find will be a major factor for my next aid. That is the low-hanging fruit today. I have lost all my hearing aids. I found most of them because of the app. The app could easily be better. My house is a 4 level split. Finding one is very difficult!

The app has only three modes. General, Speech in Noise, and Automobile. Other hearing aids are much more customizable. My biggest complaint though is that the volume settings are changed to the default settings EVERY time you charge the hearing aids. Every time I get them out of the charger, I have to get my phone, open the app, and change the volume settings.

The app does not come up which leaves me wondering if you put it in or if I have something wrong with my phone, but it certainly leaves me without access to my hearing aids

Too difficult to understand and manage. Unreliable in activation when placing in ear. Sometimes one or the other won't start. Now one has hard failed after 2 months, and. Other is unreliable. App shows it is working but its dead. Automatically answers calls not giving me option to ignore calls and let them go to VM. . I hate them. Spent a lot to 'upgrade' when they're a huge downgrade.
