Very pleased with my new hearing aids from Costco. So many sounds I can hear now that I've been missing for a long time, like conversations in a group, the birds, the rain, my stove timer:) I have needed hearing aids for quite a number of years now but vanity and cost kept me from getting them. As soon as I got my hearing aids from Costco (price is amazing) I realized just how small they are, so I can keep my hair short the way I like it. I can listen to things on my phone & answer calls.

Won't connect to the hearing aids, so I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I use my hearing aids.

Many complaints! App is slow to boot up. When cell phone gets a call the Bluetooth fails to let me hear the caller. I have to go to 'speaker'. When I DO have sound in the hearing aids my caller often can't hear ME! Apple quits Bluetooth connection OFTEN during the day so any changes I want to make to the clearing aids force me to reconnect Bluetooth first. It's a nuisance & I do it 3l4 or 5 times daily....🤨👎
