The BeMore app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. Last, but not least, you can have your hearing care professional update your hearing aid programs and send you new hearing aid software without taking a trip to the clinic.

Use the BeMore app to: • Connect compatible hearing aids to compatible Android devices for direct audio streaming* • Enjoy optimization anywhere with online services: Request help with your hearing aid settings from your hearing care professional and receive new settings and software updates.
And use these direct control and personalization options: • Adjust volume settings on your hearing aids • Mute your hearing aids • Adjust volume of your streaming accessories • Adjust speech focus as well as noise and wind-noise levels with Sound Enhancer (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional) • Change manual and streamer programs • Edit and personalize program names • Adjust treble, middle and bass tones to your preferences • Save your preferred settings as a Favorite – you can even tag to a location • Monitor the battery status of your rechargeable hearing aids • Help locate lost or misplaced hearing aids • Tinnitus manager: Adjust sound variation and frequency of the Tinnitus Sound Generator. Amazing improvement since I had to start wearing hearing aids over 30 years ago. I would 100% recommend to anyone with hearing problems to have your ears tested. You will notice the difference straight away. Don't put it of. It's a life changer plus the fantastic service you get from The NHS has improved leaps and bounds over the years. Do it now, you will never regret it whatever your age

It could be the BeMore app that is changing the modes on my hearing aid. I will uninstall it and reinstall it and see if that makes a difference.

For the money I paid to get my hearing aides, this app is a pretty poor accompaniment to it. It frequently crashes, won't register my hearing aides and overrides everything, even when I don't want it to. For example, it will override my car connection despite me forcing it not to. Then, the app decided later that my hearing aides needed to be "reset" and promptly decided it can't find them. The process to reconnect them was time-consuming

Doesn't work with Samsung A13. Worked perfectly on my old Nokia. Wish I had known that Samsung would be a problem. I have tried everything, but it will not find my hearing aids. As I choose to buy my phones, I can't just change it. You get two stars, not one, because I found it so useful on my old phone. My hearing aids were a revelation and opened the world up - this app was the icing on the cake, and I miss it.

Extremely poor. Doesn't work well with my Android phone. Continually loses connection, so it's impossible to use on phone calls or listening to audio, and of course Android now defaults to the hearing aid so overall it's not great!

Why is it so difficult to connect hearing aids, App is really useless, it isn't needed if hearing aids don't need any adjusting. It's features really lack supporting the hearing impaired volume controls, wind noise and vocal focus are realy poor giving no real enhancements if it wasn't the fact I needed to adjust my volume, even as little as it gives me. I would uninstall it how hard is it to get hearing aids to connect like other Bluetooth devices 😢🤷🏼♀️
