The ReSound Smart 3D app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. Last, but not least, you can have your hearing care professional update your hearing aid programs and send you new hearing aid software without taking a trip to the clinic.

1. Need a more focused noise reduction rather than just turning down the volumes... 2. If possible down the road, it would be much improved if you could create separate adjustment for right ear versus the left ear. Like an equalizer for both ears: (in many cases hearing loss is different in each year so separate adjustments for each ear could help bring hearing closer to normal range).

Love my hearing aids, very comfortable, doesn't feel like I'm wearing them, aldo great answering the mobile phone, no problems only in the shopping center when answering the phone the person on the phone can't hear me, but I just answer likd before, put the phone yo my ear, and not on loudspeaker like some people do in public 🙂🙂🙂

I've had resounded hearing AIDS for many, many years, and they worked real well. Every 4 years, I get them from the VA because of my hearing loss when I was in the navy. Whatever they did with this last apps update is crappie. I can't get my new AIDS paired with my phone in Bluetooth. I can pair my old aids with Bluetooth on my phone, but not my new ones I am not a satisfied customer anymore.

New bug they'll never fix or wait months to fix, when streaming to my hearing aids, the only reason I got this god awful things, if I get a notification the sounds stops streaming, until I get ANOTHER notification, then it'll come back in one ear. I AAAAA these hearing aids, I've NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS, IT'S NOT MY PHONE IT'S THE TRASH APP. I also hate the sound quality, feedback GALORE. Can't wait til ins help pay for an update, it won't be Resound

Constant connection issues. I have to repair my hearing aid every day which is a pain when you have to use the charger to do it. The sound profiles don't make much difference but neither does the hearing aid
