The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. 02/19/2026 - Updated on 02/19/2026; but after installing the update, only the left hearing aid received audio from my Samsung phone. Despite repeated restarts and reinstalls, only the left hearing aid received phone audio. 05/01/2026 - Update: Reinstalled app today. When prompted to enable phone audio, I ONLY removed the Bluetooth connection for phone audio, left the other BT connection intact. Lo and behold, that FIXED it! Both hearing aids now play phone audio.

Works smoothly with my Sabra hearing aids. The Bluetooth LE connection is steady and has never dropped (except once when I left my phone in one room and walked well outside BT range. The phone call connections are good. My biggest complaint about the app (not the hearing aids) is that there are too many features that are of questionable value. The ability to easily adjust the volume, noise suppression mode, etc., is very nice.

Google Pixel 9 pro fold: connection is pretty good. Drops one ear every once in a while but quickly connects. First a pair of hearing aids. Sounds tinny-like I am listening to a 70s handheld radio. Can hear birds again which was a shocker. Comes from Costco with two factory settings, if you want more you can customize it OR go to Costco to get more loaded in from what I am reading. I have meta Ray-Ban glasses (version 2) and switch to when I take a call as the sound is more robust.

There was an in-app exclamation point notice to re-pair the hearing aids. So I followed it "successfully". Now they will not stream from my phone (Samsung Galaxy) and they are killing the battery about 2x faster than it was dying previously. What is going on and how do I fix it. Costco h.a. center could not. I have Bluetooth now totally turned off to the hearing aids, but they still keep trying to connect. Wth

T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E App. I cannot spend the time every day to reinstall my hearing aids, and sometimes 2-3 times a day. Costco Techs can't even fix this app. Great Hearing aids, no, State-of-the-Art hearing aids, well below par app for every other hearing aid app I have used. SAD. SABRA, you need to fix this, now!
