I have had these for a few months. They work well, easy to use and comfortable. No problem. With my new metal frame glasses.

Nothing but excellent service from Hearing Australia including Franks ton, old Box Hill and Forest Hill. Well done.

Great company very helpful people, very happy with my hearing aids

The actual hearing part of the aids is okay, but direct audio streaming from my Oppo A60 5G is pathetic. Sound comes through distorted and is not synched to each ear. I have followed the direct audio streaming directions to the letter (which actually is deleting the pairing U set up initially, and then re pairing them again) but it never improves. I need to be able to hear both my phone calls clearly and my music. I will probably return the hearing aids as not up to manufacturers spec.

The app is simple to use and a great compliment to the hearing aids. However, the app does not allow for choice on the use of streaming or not. With streaming turned off, it will still stream. With the devices disconnected (via Bluetooth), it will still stream. No other Bluetooth connection can use audio for calls (car, headset etc.). Had to unpair and restart my phone to be able to make a call from any othe Bluetooth device. App is useless if you just want to change sound modes.

Next to impossible to pair to my samsung a23 why the hell would you develop a product that will not easily work with all smartphones not everyone can afford a $1200 phone to run their hearing aid.
