The Beltone HearPlus app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.

Keeps cutting off. Every time I go into it, the hearing aids ste not paired.

Basically happy - Beltone Legend + Samsung Galaxy S9. When I switched from S7 to S9, I lost the ability to save favorite settings - app stops when SAVE pressed. The app shoud also have the ability to query and display hearing aid model and other info (battery strength, accumulated hours of operation, status info, etc.). The pairing should also be more fault-tolerant and provide better help when pairing fails. Given the cost of the devices, it feels like Beltone is short-changing the software.

The latest Android software version 14 (6.1 One UI version) with my Samsung S23 smartphone does not work with my Beltone Legend 17 hearing aid on the Beltone Hear Plus app. The phone just won't pair with the hearing aids, but they do pair with the Apple iPhones. So, Samsung needs to do something to fix the bug in this latest Android operating software version.
