I highly recommend Miracle Ear! They have given such good service - every six months checkup comes with the purchase. The hearing aids are such good quality, and I love the app that gives me access from my phone. I have Bluetooth on my phone and receivers in the hearing aids. Listening to music wherever I am has been such a pleasure. No disturbing others with having to hear my podcasts and music. Nothing like listening to music while I'm in the waiting room or at the grocery store!

Hearing aids does not connect to app or does not stay connected to app, after calling miracle -ear support and local miracle -ear specialist Problem or issue is never resolved or fixed and unknown cause is never discovered and problem persist of not connecting or staying connected. After observation or investigation of app and investigation to include hearing aids neither one seems to be presenting a problem .but issue, glitch, problem still exist and remains.

New version of app is awful! Does not manage media well. If I open an app while wearing aids, which is pretty much all day, the hearing aids mute the environment. Try discussing an email with someone when that happens! The change managing media streaming, which happened many months ago, has ruined my experience with miracle ear. Poor release. Incomplete testing and resolutions to issues.

Android experience is very limited. Frequently unpairs and freezes and needs to be restarted. Since the latest update, the Directionality function won't change. It's stuck on Default. I've tried restarting my phone and app, and duplicating and changing the active program, and it's still frozen. Please fix. Also, under Directionality --> Back, "directional" is spelled "directional."
