Trying to pair. App says 'follow instructions' but does not provide any instructions, which means the app is horribly misdesigned

Trying to connect my hearing aids using the new app was awful, it kept telling me it was trying to connect. My aids were charged and near my phone. It eventually gave up, so I am no nearer having the new app.

Spent over 4000 on my hearing aids for the benefit of being able to control the volume on my phone adjust the settings to ind ppr and outdoor for none of these features' tp work at all. The "app" doesn't find my hearing aids 9/10 and then on the odd occasion it does it fail pairing. This is the second supposedly better version of the app but I can not even connect my aids to it... have been back the amilpon store, and they have the same issue, save your money only purchase a level 3 aid
