The new App automatically allowed streaming of phone call and music on my phone, I didn't need to anything. 👍

First time user of hearing aids due to hearing loss contributed by tinnitus. Service provided by the audiologist was excellent. Happy with hearing aids so far and with the service provided by Amplicon

Better than the original. Connects with my old aids without any problems

Trying to connect my hearing aids using the new app was awful, it kept telling me it was trying to connect. My aids were charged and near my phone. It eventually gave up, so I am no nearer having the new app.

Fine when it works. 2 days after installation stopped working. Would not connect to hearing aids despite many attempts. Tried unpairing the aids. Mistake. Constantly shows an error on pairing. Now unusable. I have used the previous version for 3 years. It was more difficult to set up but never gave me this sort of grief. Will try now on my tablet device. Works for now on tablet. Uninstalled on this and reverted to earlier version which I had on an old mobile.

Trying to pair. App says 'follow instructions' but does not provide any instructions, which means the app is horribly misdesigned
