I like both the app and the hearing aids. I have a 5 year old set of the volts. They have served me well, but these are far better. The app is easy to use and the control they have is handy.

Ok gives you the tools to access your aids and adjust sound and location settings. I did try to do the hearing test again but had some issues of reconnection. But I am learning the system and will follow the instructions. My hearing aid work fine, and I hope I will be happy for a long time with the ones I have.

The app is very easy to use and the set-up is excellent. The MD Volt 2 hearing aids are awesome. I had the volt older one. Volt to are 100% better. The Bluetooth connection make it very easy to change the program and set the volume.

Will not stay connected even one foot away from phone. I have to put hearing aids back into charger and start over. Phone at times say they are connected but app doesn't. Can't change program or volume level with app this way, so app is virtually useless.

Major difficulty connecting to Bluetooth on Android phones. Discrepancy regarding to connect status between Dashboard and Settings. Virtually impossible to complete a profile without Bluetooth disconnecting. May be partially due to my Motorola G6 phone with Android 9.0
