This app lets you control your hearing aids from your mobile device. Note: some features may be available depending on your hearing aid model. Check below for details.
• Adjust sound volume for each hearing aid together or separately • Mute surroundings for better focus • Switch between programs set by your hearing care professional • Check battery levels • Stream calls, music, and podcasts directly to your hearing aids (availability may vary depending on your phone model) • Find your hearing aids if lost (requires location services always turned on) • Access app support and troubleshooting solutions • Meet your hearing care professional for an online visit (by appointment) • Adjust streaming sounds with streaming equalizer (available for all hearing aid models except Bernafon Zerena) • Adjust sounds around you with sound equalizer (available for Bernafon Revita, Encanta and Alpha XT models) • Track your progress with HearingCoach feature (available for Bernafon Revita, Encanta and Alpha XT models) • Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids such as TV-A or SoundClip-A • Connect to and adjust an Auracast™ broadcast (available for Bernafon Revita and Encanta models) • Get reminders to replace your wax filters to maintain sound quality (available for Bernafon Revita and Encanta models) • Reduce background noise while streaming with Smart Adaptative Streaming (available for Bernafon Revita)
First use: You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.
App availability: The app is compatible with most hearing aid models. If you have hearing aids from 2016-2018 and haven't updated them yet, a hearing aid update is required for this app to work. Below msg is for 12/9/25: the updated app flickers for 5-7sec when opened, "GA4" should give my phone details for debugging the issue below msg was for 21/3/25: would be great to have a feature on the app that can stop and start streaming between the hearing aids and my phone but still keep Bluetooth connection. At this stage I need to switch Bluetooth off every time I want someone else to hear what is on my phone

The app works well. I can change the levels of amplifier depending on the area I'm in, and the levels of ambient noise. Check the battery levels. Find my hearing aids, except for me, they're on or in the charger. All I've had to do with the aids themselves is had the batteries changed at year 2, and the usual maintenance. I'm happy with the product, the app, and the people are wonderful 😊.

My hearing aids is great. I only needed 1 because I am deaf out of my other ear. I went through life without hearing well at all, now at 65 I can't believe the things I have been missing.

Since updating this app my hearing aids (Bernafon Iron A5 bte 85) will not connect to my Bluetooth on my phone (Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4). Hearing aids connect very briefly then disconnect. I have tried turning Bluetooth on and off and same with hearing aids but nothing is working. Previous version of this app worked perfectly. Any chance the team could roll back to previous version or tweak the current one?

I was advised that the aids would work with my Android device for streaming and taking calls. My phone is the new a16 Samsung 5g, the hearing aids aren't compatible with phone and the app. Keeps failing, disconnecting.
