Below msg is for 12/9/25: the updated app flickers for 5-7sec when opened, "GA4" should give my phone details for debugging the issue below msg was for 21/3/25: would be great to have a feature on the app that can stop and start streaming between the hearing aids and my phone but still keep Bluetooth connection. At this stage I need to switch Bluetooth off every time I want someone else to hear what is on my phone

Wish I would have brought the highest price hearing aids now. I have the level 2 now, and they fine for one conversation and driving, but for more than one on one conversation it's very confusing

My hearing aids is great. I only needed 1 because I am deaf out of my other ear. I went through life without hearing well at all, now at 65 I can't believe the things I have been missing.

I was advised that the aids would work with my Android device for streaming and taking calls. My phone is the new a16 Samsung 5g, the hearing aids aren't compatible with phone and the app. Keeps failing, disconnecting.

It is too stupid It can't tell that 1 hearing Aid. The last version was simple to use. So change it to completed and think that it is an improvement

Have to pair hearing aides at least once a day. I can turn the volume down, but it suddenly shoots to 16! The app is slow to open for me. The old app worked great, if given a choice, I would still be using the old app.
