Easy to pair & set up. Seamlessly connected to my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra & TV. Very comfortable in the ears, much better than my Bose, they bothered me ears afterb30 min. To an hour. Definitely a big difference in sounds. Just unboxed, so alot more to experience, but so far it is great.

Uninstall and reinstall AGAIN. It crashes &locks me out. Troublesome glitchy and expensive. My Bose work so much better at a third the price. After $pending almost a grand on the ConC400. They do not connect easily. Usually I have to carry my phone to force the ConC400s back into the proper user mode. They are not loud enough "conversationally" so that part's pointless. They are a "decent Bluetooth earbuds" but VERY costly & fail at conversation sound quality sound & volume. App locks up, freezes

The app absolutely can't connect to the headphones. They Bluetooth connect for a few seconds then they're gone again. It's like the headphones don't even recognize the connection ever gets made. In addition, the double tap shortcuts are completely non-functional. No matter how fast you double tap the headphones, they simply register as two single tap shortcuts.

These have the absolute worst case I have used. Half the time only one side charges because the earpieces don't stay in place inside the case. Most other wireless I have used have a magnet that pulls and holds the earpieces in place. If you shake or bump the case they will fall out of position and won't be charging so having them in your pocket if you are active chances are that one will not get charged. I put them in place and then lightly shook the case, and you can hear them rattling around
