Ordered OTC hearing aids with a 45-day return guarantee. After 30 days I returned them. A week later they notified me my refund was processed. Waiting to see the refund hit my bank account within a week.

The instructions of the product are different from the written user guide that comes with hearing aids. App says to leave the hearing aids in the charger when you're trying to pair. Written directions say to remove them and then they pair. That was my first difficulty. Now that they are paired. I will rate them again after I've used them for a week or two. Just make sure after the hearing aids are charged you take them out of the charger and then they pair.

Keeps switching between automatic and Bluetooth streaming for no apparent reason, with annoying sound profile changes. Contacted their support and all they could say is restart the phone, which changed nothing. Disappointing for the price.

Product is "okay". App is junk. Been using it for the last 6 months, daily wear is cumbersome and in the evening can't wait to take the things off. Wish Sony Hearphones would make a comeback.the audio was great, using streaming was great. Sennheiser.don't bother. It is neither a decent hearing aid nor a decent ear bud, and without the app to control them they are even more worthless.

Bluetooth is awful "seamless built-in Bluetooth®" is NOT seamless. TRY to answer phone, cannot hear caller, they can't hear me. Switch to speakerphone & now I can hear & talk. Then a few seconds later the damn thing switches back to the Sennheiser hearing aids, and I cannot hear anything. Does this over & over. If I switch to phone speaker the damn thing should STAY on speaker!!!!!!!
