This app has so many customizable options! The app allows so much better control over how you listen to your music and control voice commands. Highly recommend.

I have ATH-CK3TW for several years. They are very good, except a couple of flaws: for someone it could be important, that left piece is tied to the right one, so you could not listen to only left piece. For me, it's inconvenient that they are very sensitive for touch, that's why I got here. But app unfortunately do not support these headphones. I have NEVER EVER experienced any connection problems.

The app isn't perfect, but it's very decent. 1. no account required and no trackers, at all, 2. Very good customization options, 3. Pretty much every ath model is supported by one app, 4. 5 band EQ is ok, but I would appreciate a few more, 5. The transfer of EQ profiles between different headsets I own would make things easier. 6. The option to add your own soundscapes would be nice. @bose- this is how you make a great app ;p

Overall a solid, functional app for fantastic headphones. I only remove one star because there needs to be an option to simply disable the voice assistant button - I don't use it, and I hate trying to turn the volume up and getting interrupted with a prompt to download Alexa. Add a simple 'none' option and these headphones would be perfect.

Guys IMO ATH-CKS30TW best BT earphones out there (mind it u can lose one and have to rebuy everything) + the app is KILLER!! It has so many functions. 10/10 audio-technica, same as their record players.

Unable to connect to M50XBT, although they are on the supported list and app wants access to location 100% of the time, why? They're headphones.

Add support for the M20xBT headphones! Sure, the headphones itself physically need to support it, but you really can't at least change SOME features of the device at all through software? Even some audio balancing would be good...

Headphones connect via Bluetooth and work fine, but they won't appear in the app. Apparently the app is necessary to use all the features of the headphones. Reached out to Audio Technica but can't get a response for days now. The only conclusion to come to is that the app isn't working properly.

I downloaded the app bcus right out of the box my new ath-m20xbt have been having homeward connection issues like my devices saying It's connected but not playing audio or random restarts of the headphones on their own. But when I download the app it asks for what is basically full unmonitored acces to my phone for it to then not even support the headphones I am using, atleats they wereng in the support dropdown I got after the app failing to find my connected headphones.
