Great discount....practically just a small donation if you compare the resale costs of some of these tickets! Only beef I have with this app or organization is that tickets for the most popular shows are very limited....as it should be. You either have to very determined and check the app daily or be ok with watching the shows that no one wants to or are just ok. It is what it is, but I'm happy to have it regardless! I have never watched so many shows before!! My family appreciates it as well!!

I set up an account years ago and never finished through the secondary verification. I recently set up an account using my work email and later tried to add my Gmail account. Found out I had the other account partially set up. Now I can't finish either, and there is only a virtual AI to help... it is not helpful. No one to contact for help. Horrible customer service.

Great idea, lackluster mobile app. When clicking notifications (after having been logged in and authenticated already) I always receive "Error Unable to Sign In" and am forced to sign in again every time I open a notification from the app. Also bugged on Android where after viewing an event and clicking back to see the list of all events again, the events load again from the beginning in duplicate as opposed to remembering where you were and not loading a dupe list. Android os 16 (latest) S24

Horrible. Friends recommended it for shows. Tried to set up and the ID.me won't let me do anything, and just keeps giving an error report. It's a joke!
