Awesome App! Great way to track containers and water intake!! You can also track weight and measurements. There is an option to take notes each day too.

I like this app so far. However, you cannot check the workout box. I also wish you could log what you ate instead of just the containers. Overall decent app.

It's pretty basic but that makes it easy to use. Being about to click on food you ate, so it would both track the food you ate AND the portion you ate would be a great feature but for a $1.29 app It's pretty good ... plus no ads is a great bonus

It's so complicated. Very difficult to track it down

I wish there would have been a free trial. I am disappointed not easy to use, and does not have a widget. I would not recommend. Paper and pen is better.

Good for tracking containers. I used to be able to save reports, but now the app just crashes when I try. You can also no longer save the weight chart as pictures. I will edit with a better review once these bugs are fixed.
