Wonderful, especially for the Portland area, but also nationally since many national programs are listed as resources

Ok I've been reading all the neg. Reviews & a lot of them say that it's worthless. Just to let every 1 no that if u read the reviews be4 u download it, IT'S ONLY 4 OREGON & NOT 4 any other state if u live in a state not Ore. DO NOT download it b-cuz it will not show any resources 4 yr area/state. Try & typing 211 Info then yr state & see if there is 1. Sorry 4 bein' so rude but come on folks when u type 211 Info it says Oregon after it. I live in Ore. & just tryin to help out the developer.

Beyond useless and dysfunctional. Didn't even list resources that I've known about for years in my area.

Did not realize this was only for the Portland area of Oregan. Should say this in the description because the logo used looks very similar to our 211.

"Map" feature starts over Africa. Scroll/zoom to Portland, ZERO food pantries mapped. Prompted to "use location" or enter zip code. If you use location, you still have to manually select a county. Every time you back out 1 screen, it dumps you back to choosing your location/zip code again. The women's shelters are NOT exclusively for real women.

Well, My family and I have been homeless and in need of some assistance in the last 2 years. I've been directed several times to call them to receive help. I have too. Their answering machine message ask you to please leave a message, and.to not call back repeatedly, leaving messages. They will call you back. I've still never talked to anyone that works for them. And never received a call back either. I'm still homeless and in need of some assistance, but I won't call them back anymore.

Says It's for Oregon but only had option for Washington. Uninstall.
