Always give the company 5 stars. They deserve it. For some reason after running the update, I had a booking for 6:15pm. I was on the app at 6:15pm looking for dispatch when I received a text from 23, thank you for your booking 8:45pm?? I checked with the app and my 6:15 had disappeared. Rang controller, and they said that the change was done through the app on my phone? I rang the second the text came through and there was no taxi available at 6:15? That cannot be right? Any other people issues?

Download the app by all means but don't expect a taxi from this company. Total garbage. Not even an option of when a suitable one might be available. Sounds flashy but doesn't work in principle.

Doesn't let you specify a type of vehicle and since the stupid policy of having dogs in minibus if I use 23 I'm forced to book a minibus. I was a regular user or 23 until then. Now I only use 23 if blue line are busy which is rare.
